The veteran feels the young fast bowlers are doing well creating opportunities for themselves.

"I think they're getting it right," said the legendary Australian pacer while talking to the media reporters on Sunday. "They're hitting the right areas and keeping the pressure on the batsmen,” he added further.
McGrath had a lot of positives to be taken from the performance of Aussie fast bowlers against http://www.senore.com/Cricket/New-Zealand-c754 in the recently concluded two-match home Test series.
“If you look at the Test in Hobart, well, we missed a couple of catches that could've made a difference to the result, but that's the way it goes,” said the former pace bowling spearhead of Australia who played in 124 Tests and 250 One Day Internationals before bidding adieu to the international cricket in 2007.
“The positive out of that is it shows the bowlers are creating opportunities, and there's not much more they can do than that," the right-arm medium pacer added further.
McGrath, who played for http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Delhi-c780 Daredevils in the lucrative Indian Premier League after retirement from international cricket, also asked the Australian selectors and fans to be patient and optimistic about the future of Australian cricket.
He said that the young guys have only played their first few Test matches so it is unfair to expect them come up with startling performances at the start of their careers as it would take some time before the young fast bowlers find their feet.
