Glitter!!!?

Question

Okay so if i want to attach loose glitter to these wooden initial letters for my room, what kind of adhesive to I use? Should i just fill in the area with Elmer's and lay the glitter on top? Or what kind of glue?

Also, is there anything i can spray over it to make it stick better and not fall off?

oh yea spred elmers on evanley and sprinkle the glitter let it dry then after its dry you can put another layer on to keep it from falling off

brush on some white glue (PVA glue) to the letters and then dip the glue side into a paper plate which is holding the sparkles. Then after it dries there is this stuff you can get in a spray can that is like clear finish (it will make it sealed and shiny). Or you could wait until it dries and paint on another thin layer of white glue. This will make it shinny aswell.

ok use elmers glue and then once the glued tried and the glitter is on put more elmers glue over the glitter

use wood glue and a paint brush to thin it out. and go buy clear spray that is made for silk plants. that should keep it on. good luck

well what color glitter b/c there is an actual glitter spray at the fabric stores, they have silver and gold...i love the silver...i have used it numerous times and it pretty much sprays onto anything. and even better it is less than 3bucks. they have 2 i know of in a pump and an aerosol can. the aerosol is actually better you get a more even spray and it is LOADED with glitter! have fun and good luck with whatever your doing!! :)

Elmer's Spray Adhesive
