Global Animal DNA Repository?

I searched the internet and was unable to find anything. Perhaps Yahoo! Answers can help.

As I am sure you are aware, there is a massive "Seed Vault" in Norway. (I want to add that Norway built this and Bill Gates paid to ship the over 1 million seeds stored in the vault. Don't care if you like him or not. He is doing good things with his 50 billion.)

Considering that every 60 million years or so a great mass extinction occurs, many scientists believe that we are in the midst of another great mass extinction.

My question is:

Is there a repository where the DNA of the animals of the Earth is being stored?

Yes .. it is known as the Frozen Ark (though their immediate focus is on animals in imminent danger of extinction rather than all animals).
