The best players on the boys side from the various countries include 22 year old Argentinean Daher Juan, who is currently ranked on the top on the European Table Tennis Union (ETTU) junior ranking. He is an exciting player that many consider as being one
of the best in the world. He plays with great determination and sheer competitiveness.
The Austrian contingent will include Leitgeb Stefan, Vorcnik David, Luginger Christian, Mullner Thomas and Pfeffer Simon. The Austrians have many competitive players this year. It will be interesting to see how they hand the challenges of the Argentineans.
From Argentina Tenti Fermin and Saragovi Pablo will also be competing in the tournament. The Argentinean players are always exciting to watch, as their level of play is ranked at some of the highest in the world. Matsuyama Yuki from Japan will be participating
as well, adding his unique and competitive spirit to this year’s exciting tournament.
The best players from the girl’s side competing for the event titles will include Berge Sarah from France, Tomanovska Katerina of the Czech Republic and Kuchuk Maryia from Bulgaria. Although there are no ETTU top ranking junior girls players participating
in the event, the girl’s category will be interesting to watch.
The Global Junior Circuit (GJC) program organizes events regularly in order to promote the game in the junior circuit globally. The goal is to cultivate the younger talent and create a competitive environment for them to flourish.
The Austrians players are considered the favourites in the event followed closely by the Argentinean players. It seems the only competition for the Austrians this year will most likely come from Argentina.
It should be an exciting and entertaining tournament for most table tennis fan.
The results of the event will be coming in shortly.
