Global Pressure Systems/ Atmospheric Circulation?

Based on what you know about global pressure systems and atmospheric circulation, name one zone of latitude that experiences high annual precipitation and one zone of latitude that experiences sparse annual precipitation. For each region, briefly explain the reason why....

Equatorial Latitude Zones have by far the most rainfall.  Polar Latitude Zones have the least rainfall.

The main reason equatorial latitudes receive so much rain is the warm year-round temperatures that create warm waters which create rainfall.  Equatorial latitudes experience fast-moving weather conditions created by the warm atmosphere.

The Polar latitude zones contain dense atmospheric pressure which creates very little precipitation and very slow- moving weather systems.
