  1. I think it might be a waste of time because most of our jobs is being shipped overseas. I would hope that this degree is useful here at home, but companies that hire people with GB degree now, especially in my community are based in London and India. However, with an upcoming election and the inauguration of a new president next year let's hope things change for the better and those jobs in china, europe, and india return home to the United States of America.

  2. Not sure what you mean by finishing school at a university. One normally finishes schooling at a high school or college and then does an undergraduate degree at a university. If the ASU is close to where you live, that is convenient. However if you want a degree, in business,  that is universally recognised, you can not go past Harvard University: it is world renowned for this. Having stated this, a university degree, intrinsically, should carry the same weight, regardless of which university conferred it. All universities are expected to maintain stringent standards of academic achievement no matter where the university is located. Employers and society may however rank universities on a scale of excellence which is quite different. The link below takes you to Harvard University's web site. You may find that they have just the degree for you.

Incidentally, I live in Australia, and have been an employer of professionals. Harvard, Oxford, Cambridge, Macquarie, Sydney and all the other universities in Australia are known to me. I have no knowledge of ASU or any other universities in America for that matter.  However, if you were in Australia with a degree from ASU and applying for a position, your degree would only play a small part during the interview. More importantly, the way you conducted yourself during that interview, your responses to questions asked and the questions you asked me, these would have far more bearing upon whether you got the position or not. Any further study that you undertake is worthwhile. Education and learning should never stop during our lifetime.
