Global warming issue - is there a solution?

They talk about biofuels not being introduced in the UK and slowed because of rising food prices if the land is used that way. I say proper bull! The world has no real food shortage what it does have is overproduction in the Scruge infested governments of the decadent. Such as the US consuming 5% of the worlds food yet nowhere year having 5% of the worlds population. Asia consumes more, so it should 25% of the population is in CHINA! http://www.mindfully.org/Sustainability/Americans-Consume-24percent.htm

There is plenty of land, plenty of technology just no one wants to stop lining their pockets. If we really are afraid of the nuke issue and terrorists how about cutting the need for oil which lines their pockets.

  1. maybe dig for more oil and not use there`s

  2. NO there is no solution. Global Warming is a fairytale told by those who want to tax it just because. There is a real problem but it's not caused by humans. It's caused by the normal 36,000 year rotation of our solar system around the Milky Way. It will cause some warming of " the whole solar system" and a lot of some really really bad weather. to think by taxing carbons or anything else is just foolish. I think in the end most of us should be alright. Just try not to believe all that c**p from Al Gore, he's not right in the head.

  3. Solution not needed.  That man causes global warming is a myth.  Why the myth?  A few reasons, two of them are:  (1) Unify the people of the world behind a common threat to better induce acceptance of global government when the time comes (and, I might add, hit the people with a carbon tax to fund the creation of that global government); (2) There is big, big money to be made.  Al Gore is one of the profiteers. Look it up.

  4. Solution to mitigate global warming lies in reduction of greenhouse gases.

We have to see how best we are able to reduce greenhouse gases and how early.

As we know, basically greenhouse gases are released because of burning of fossil fuels, mostly in the way of coal-fired power plants and diesel / gasoline driven vehicles.

It is clear, use of uncleaned fossil fuels for energy production has to be restricted in order to reduce generation of greenhouse gases.

In my opinion, the major energy mix of the present day should consist of the followings:

    a) Energy from clean coal i.e., adoption of ‘Clean coal technology’ (CCT), as coal reserve is almost uniform and it may last for another 200 years or so.

    b) Energy from nuclear fission  - quite clean energy and in next one or two decades we hope to get fusion energy which will take care of our energy needs well.

    c) Energy from Hydro-power.

    d) Renewable energy such as wind / Solar power – the main concern with these energy sources, as of now, is low energy density.

  5. Was there a question in there?  Yes, the evil United States overeats.  So what?  It is our food, so we eat it.  The US is also responsible for 1/8 of all food exported globally.  http://www-wds.worldbank.org/servlet/WDS...

Your link also states the that United States uses 24% of the world's engergy.  That is not true, it is not the world's energy, it is the United States energy, and we use it.

The United States outproduces China on a per capita basis of 8.6 to 1.   https://www.cia.gov/library/publications...  We consume more because we produce more.

  6. Thats kind of funny because if read your own link it says the USA constitutes 5% of the world population. Get your facts straight before you rant.

  7. I think people should stop littering because i think its just pure rude!

  8. Cutting back on our use of oil drastically isn't an option right now, because for much of what we use it for there is no alternative.  But we should develop other known sources instead of covering them up, that way we can lessen our dependance on Middle East oil.  And about food...why aren't the farmers seeing much of the price increase?  More of the money should be going to the farmers instead of stock speculators.

  9. There isn't a need for a solution, it's a temperature cycle. The global temperatures dropped 0.7 Celcius between December 2007 and January 2008, erasing nearly 100 years of global warming. NASA, one of the leading proponents of global warming, says that for the next 30 years, we'll be in a teeth-chatteringly cold spell, like from the 50s through the 80s, and the cold spell during the mid 30s.

  10. Huh?  I;m sorry, but what point are you trying to make?

Are Americans eating too much food?  What does bio fuel have to do with global warming?
