just for the grade and funnof it

You see the trees

They wont last long

Soon, you will see

They will all be gone

We cut them down

Or burn them off

Carbon bound

If we don’t stop

with trees gone

with this one warning

you hear the engines song

stop global warming

SAVE THE PENGUINS!!!!!

  1. It's bad poetry, *and* stupid.  The meter doesn't scan, and the rhyme scheme is inconsistent.  You get an F.

Try again; this time try rhyming 'Gore' with 'bore.'  And please, stick to something that resembles a recognizable meter.

  3. hahaha that's a cool poem

  4. Coal, oil, and gas.  Our air turned sour

What was once the devil, now has it's hour

Encasement dome and a cooling tower

Witness the new dawn of nuclear power.

  5. The poem has heart in the right place, but cutting trees down is not the main problem. It is that trees are getting so little water that they become tinder dry, and burn in uncontrollable forest fires. But long before they burn, they stop absorbing CO2 because it takes water for a tree to absorb CO2.

Be  concerned that the trees need water.
