  1. You are d**n right! Global warning is related to global warming. The polluted air from running vehicles, industry, ferry boats (the worst bunker fuel is a choking and smelly in all over Hong Kong harbours and waterfronts), the coal fired power generating stations caused 40% of the total Hong Kong black sky, air planes and recreational vehicles. You name it. As the continuous emission of Co2,So2, No2, and the killing suspendable particulates make the global air about 1 degree C higher each year. As it continuous to accumulate such pollutants, there final destination is land onto the arctic circle, it melts the ice caps gradually and caused the huge melting water to flow into south lands. It is possible to flood in many different parts of this world. For instance, the floods in London, many northern parts of China, Philippines, and US.

The recent earthquake may cause the flood to lower part of Schwinn province as it shows on TV. The uneven floodings may caused some parts of this world getting the severe drought, such as China and Australia. I think Hong Kong is responsible for 1% of future flooding. The following website shows the information about the outcome of "Global Warning" or Global warming.

  2. It wont flood that much. Well actually yes, because if all of Antarctica melted Florida would be flooded by 20ft. Also in Texas there would not be that much of a flood. The world could flood but not that big, I agree.

  3. No it is not. If it does we can do nothing to stop it.

  4. if the oceans do flood the earth its either to do with the relationship between land mass and water which usually has more to do with land mass rising and falling then water. Or tempreture changes in the water that make the water expand and that takes thousands of years to happen because the ocean takes ages to respond to any change above in surface

  5. Yeah it will flood, you should probably start building some sort of Arc or boat while you can.  Possibly fill it with animals.

  6. This is probably going to happen within the next 100 years, its a very very very very slow process

  7. Take that back!  My spouse did not and will not make the whole world flood.  If she tried I would stop her.

  8. Of course it gonna happen,  IF ppl do not control demselves from harmin d nature.

  9. ya you are right its full of floods....Global warming is the increase in the average temperature of the Earth's near-surface air and oceans since the mid-twentieth century, and its projected continuation. The average global air temperature near the Earth's surface increased 0.74 ± 0.18 °C (1.33 ± 0.32 °F) during the hundred years ending in 2005.The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) concludes "most of the observed increase in globally averaged temperatures since the mid-twentieth century is very likely due to the observed increase in anthropogenic (man-made) greenhouse gas concentrations"[1] via the greenhouse effect. Natural phenomena such as solar variation combined with volcanoes probably had a small warming effect from pre-industrial times to 1950 and a small cooling effect from 1950 onward. These basic conclusions have been endorsed by at least thirty scientific societies and academies of science, including all of the national academies of science of the major industrialized countries. While individual scientists have voiced disagreement with some findings of the IPCC, the overwhelming majority of scientists working on climate change agree with the IPCC's main conclusions.Climate model projections summarized by the IPCC indicate that average global surface temperature will likely rise a further 1.1 to 6.4 °C (2.0 to 11.5 °F) during the twenty-first century. The range of values results from the use of differing scenarios of future greenhouse gas emissions as well as models with differing climate sensitivity. Although most studies focus on the period up to 2100, warming and sea level rise are expected to continue for more than a thousand years even if greenhouse gas levels are stabilized. The delay in reaching equilibrium is a result of the large heat capacity of the oceans.Increasing global temperature will cause sea level to rise, and is expected to increase the intensity of extreme weather events and to change the amount and pattern of precipitation. Other effects of global warming include changes in agricultural yields, trade routes, glacier retreat, species extinctions and increases in the ranges of disease vectors.

  10. Yes it is, and partly because we burn fossil fuels.  It;s not going to flood overnight though, it's a (relatively) slow process.
