Globalisation - caused by economics??

many sociologists argue that it is mistaken to

explain globalisation as a result of only economic factors.

what do you reckon? agree/didagree and why?

are there other factors which contribute?

  2. A fundamental shift is occurring in the world economy. We are moving rapidly away from isolated individual economies. Isolated because of language, culture, distance, time differences, barriers to trade, government regulation and different business systems. We are now moving forward to a world much closer because of advancement in technology, transportation and communications. I think this covers it. Thank you for the question.
