b) to provide safe emergency shelters for use during disaster/s

2. Low-cost, Alternative / Renewable energy systems - a sensible combination of solar, wind, water for emergency back-up during power-cuts, to help power emergency vehicles etc.

3. Flooding defences using rigid plastic (non-biodegradable)

4. Land set aside to provide:

a) food (locally grown, organic)

b) parks (to accomodate the new-style shelters)

c) community recycling facilities (to benefit the community)
