How can I learn more about globular or open clusters? I have seen a few of them. Is there a book or a movie I could get? thanks

  2. If you want to learn some basic information about the globular and open clusters, there is a web site that would serve you well. Go to the Interactive New General Catalog website at http://www.seds.org/~spider/ngc/ngc.html There you can find information on any NGC or IC globular or open cluster, as well as others such as the Palomar and Terzan globular clusters.

  3. Brent Archinal and Steven J. Hynes: Star Clusters (Willmann-Bell) is the standard reference book, and includes a catalog of all known clusters.
