what can i do for a glow in the dark sweet 16. links to cheap stuff would be greatly apriciated even tho ill probably just buy it at a party store.

well yea i wont give you links cause you'll end up just buying it at a cheap store anyway. but i'll give some suggestions,

definately give out lots of glow sticks and glow bracelets and necklaces

depending on your budget, you could get huge sheets of paper and cover the walls with it, then break heaps of glow sticks (or get glow in the dark paint) and splatter it onto the paper, or draw or write stuff on it so the walls are decorated and glow, make the room your in really really dark, write on the invite the theme is glow in the dark, and that people should try to wear as much neon or glow in the dark clothing as possible

Go to : rhodeislandnovelties.com - They have glow in the dark everything and they're really inexpensive.  Play charades in the dark using some of your glow necklaces or bracelets.

You can also go roller skating and most places have it where you can rent out the rink and do a glow in the dark skate.
