Which sauces from Subway are gluten free?

I looked on the Website and they said that they all were except honey mustard, but mayonaise normally has gluten in it. I'm hoping to go tomorrow and have a salad, but I know that the sandwich artists wont know that answer because they wont know.

Thanks

  1. I think I would ask for Olive Oil if I wanted something, but I would be quite happy to eat it without.

  2. Gluten is found in wheat and wheat products.  It wouldn't be found in any of their sauces.  You're fine to have any salad, but skip the crutons, and no bread of course.

Edit:  Thanks for the education.  I didn't realize.  (My mayonnaise doesn't.)  But I'll check the ingredients in the future.

  3. Stick with the oil and vinegar, that should be ok as long as it isn't malted vinegar.

  4. ya, there's no such thing as gluten free mayonnaise, or fat free.

  5. Having worked there Wabby, you should know better than the rest of us.

  6. Does ranch have gluten in it? Well if it does. You can always make your own dressing! That's what I do.

olive oil, vinegar, soy sauce, lemon zest (peels) and stir together with a whisk and it should taste just fine.

  7. Go into a Subway and ask for the nutrition guide, that will tell you what the sauces have in them.
