Many of the restaurants are now  dealing with many types of allergens and sensitivities.  Ask your waiter.  Better yet call ahead and ask prior to going.  Many places will accommodate you if they know.

I know Wildfire is really good with gluten-free stuff; the chefs will often come out and double-check with their patrons to make sure everything they've ordered is okay.
