Hi, can you eat baked beans with a gluten and dairy intolerance?
I have celiac or coeliac with both gluten and dairy issues and am still finding my way.
Do you know of any site that lists good and dangerous foods and preservatives I could use as a guide?
The ingredients on this can of 'Corale' baked beans I have here state that it contains navy beans, tomato puree, ham, thickener 1422, flavour enhancers 621, 635,
Think I could eat this?
