Gnats everywhere!!!!?

Question

does anyone know any remedy at all to get rid of gnats?? they are driving me crazy!! ive killed as many as i can, but it doesnt matter how many i manage to kill they keep comin back! i dont have any food left layin out or anything liek that... if anyone has any suggestions it would be GREATLY appreciated.....oh, also remedies for flies if you know of any.

My grandma used to say they were fruit knats...  She used to leave a bowl of water sit on the counter and they would be attracted to the water and drown. I'm not sure if all knats are the same thou... But it won't hurt to try :) Good luck!

Gnats are the flies from h**l. They are everywhere and you won,t get rid of them all but I put some dawn dishwashing soap and water mix in a spritzer and mist them and it wipes them out fast. I also spritz some on myself and they stay away from me. Soapy water will kill any insect faster than raid and is child and animal friendly.

I am not sure what it is called, but if you know of a farm or garden outlet (Farm & Fleet, Rural King, etc) they have a poison that comes in a granulated form that works well for flies.  I once lived in a rented house on a farm that was plagued with flies and this stuff did the trick.
