  1. Avoid pills. They will cost you a ton of money and not do anything. The only supplement anyone should take is a good multivitamin. Trust me, I took pills that were supposed to help with weight loss for months, and they didn't do anything, except cause bad insomnia.

All of the appetite suppressants out there have not been clinically proven. The only studies that have shown them to be effective are the ones conducted by the manufacturers themselves- not exactly impartial and scientific studies. Besides, in each study, the participants were on a low calorie diet (under their maintenance calories) and exercising as well- no wonder they lost weight.

The problems with supplements are many. They have a variety of bad side effects (high blood pressure and insomnia being common ones). They also have a tendency to make some people think they will cause weight loss in and of themselves. Even the manufacturers say this is not true. They cost a ton of money, and there is no real evidence that they work.

Just eat healthy and exercise. That's what I did and I wound up losing a ton of weight.

    Hope this helped.

  2. Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com

Good luck and stay focused = )
