  1. Sea water can be used to create electricity if there are waves, currents, or tides. However, it is very rarely used due to complicating envionmental factors and the corrosive properties of salt water. Examples  of tidal power plants are Annapolis in Nova Scotia and St. Malo in France.

However, the scenario that you propose is not possible.  According to the Law of Conservation of Energy, if you raise water to a higher level to create "head," then that will use the same amount of energy as the falling water will return in energy. In practice you will have losses due to friction and entropy so the net result is you will use more energy than you will produce.

You can't create energy, you can only convert it from one type to another. The bottom line - if you are going to "raise water to high level to make high pressure" then it will consume more energy than you will recover.

  2. yes,new york city has a working prototype operating now,and has plans for more

  3. Mediterranean Sea Power Plant,

  4. Don't be silly. That is clearly impossible.

  5. You are asking can you generate water from sea water-yes you can.  Your example--are you asking if it is possible to generate electricity from sea water?  The answer is yes.  I don't know, or won't tell you, the name of the famous power plants practicing this "theory" in the world...are you doing homework?
