Go Venus Go Venus Go!. Wimbledon thoughts?

What are your thoughts about Venus' victory, dementieva's comments, Everything wimbledon. Also who will win later in women's doubles, and men's final tomorrow.

Anyone can say anything they want. Venus was brilliant as usual. I kinda knew she will win cos she has an amazing form now.

Tomorrow, I am going to cheer for Nadal. Federer is brilliant.

I am aware that he's aiming for a record and it will be sad if he doesnt get it. And thats not my wish either. Its just that Nadal is in fantastic form too. Very powerful and plays amazingly on grass for a clay guy. He's good.

and I don't think Dementieva meant it like that.....I reckon it was probably a language thing but if she did mean it like that then I think that was a stupid comment. I don't think anything was fixed

I am so happy that Venus won, that she could finally beat Serena during a Grand Slam Final, and that she could win her 5th Wimbledon Title.

I think that Dementieva's comment about a "family decision" was taken too far and it was probably just ambiguity due to English not being her mother tongue.

I think Venus and Serena will win doubles.

Federer will beat Nadal in a close match.

it was so bittersweet. i was watching the match at the edge of my seat the whole time. i dont even know them but somehow i felt like i was a close relative or something b/c i wanted both of them to win. it was so funny. venus was kinda masking her happiness. but its all good. i think theyll win doubles so atleast serena will have victory to share.

I wish, hope and pray nadal will win tomorrow. im SICK of federer. like i literally cannot stand him. im praying to the tennis gods.

i was delighted venus won the final and i reckon the williams sisters will definetly win the doubles later on today aswell

I think Serena seemed like a little bit of a sore looser to be honest. I mean, I know she wanted to win badly but I've actually seen her be more graceful than that during her loss to Sharapova in the 04 finals. I don't think she was disrespectful at all but I mean she barely even cracked a smile during Venus' trophy ceremony. She really seemed more disappointed in herself than happy for Venus.

Have always had faith in her and supported her  and nadal ....WHOOP lol

However i feel that serena let her take a few points...whilst competing against her....my thoughts are still jumbled but i'm sure there was a mix of sister love and sibling rivalry...
