Go kart speeds?

90cc = about how fast ???

It varies.  What size tire?  What gear? How much HP? How much do you weigh? What surface are you running on?  What kind of track (oval, road course, dirt, asphalt, concrete)?

If you just want an absolute top end....probably in the 100 mph range, give or take for gearing, weight, tire size, etc.

I've never heard of a 90cc kart engine.

Since I race karts this is obviously not one of the fast race engines or I would have heard about it.

If it were a 4 stroke it would be hopeless, a 90cc 2-stroke would be ok but I know not of such thing so highly unlikely it will be fast.

100cc karts are very quick but that's becasue they're highly tuned superlight precision machines, a 300cc lawn mower would be next to useless for power.

So 90cc doesn't mean much, it's not a question of displacement, it's a question of targeted engineering.
