Go phone help!!!!?

i just got a go phone 4 months ago and i wanted to put more money in it so i went on att.com/gophones and i typed in my phone number but they said my phone number did not excised

so how come it does not excise?

AT&T requires that you put more money on your phone at least every 90 days, unless you put in the $100 card, which is good for one year.

Your phone will probably have to be re-activated with a new number. No big deal, just buy a card, then go to their website, or call them.
