Depending on where you are on the moon the Earth is in the sky as a really BIG "moon."  A difference is that the Earth doesn't rise and set. in the moon sky as the moon does in the Earth sky.  It is always in the same place.  But it does change phases.  The Earth will change phases just like the moon does in our sky.
