Do you have to be a celebrity to get into the club, or infact any club in hollywood?

it's easier if you have a hookup there but just get on the list or make a reservation but be prepared to wait in line for awhile

GOA and other really popular Clubs in LA are very difficult to get into if you aren't someone well known.

You will have an easier time if you arrange for a VIP table. You could also try a club that it at the top of the HOT list.
