Goa or Bali?

i'm planning to go away to either Goa or Bali...has anyone been to both and which one is better? What months are the best weather?

Bali is way better if you want to hook up with an exotic girl.  Goa is better if you want cheap drugs.  The rave scene in Goa in is bigger than Bali but not like is was 10 years ago.  Bali overall is much less of a headache, the corrupt police in Goa have ruined the place.  Both are very cheap, Bali is alot cleaner.  Goa has more crazy sights.....cows walking on the beach.  Bali has alot more women and no stupid rules for bars and clubs like music off at 10pm or 12pm.
