Goalkeeping.? (Soccer)?

I play in goal (soccer) for my local team. I'm looking to improve this season. Do you know any ways I could improve? Or any sites?

Well, it may not be too late to go to goalie camp during the summer.  Soccer camp maybe as well.  Ask some of ur friends to help u with it like kickiing it at u and u trying to get it, or if you knoow a coach, ask them to help u out.  if you really want them to help, offer a small pay.

I'm a goalkeeper as well and the fastest way I got really good was going to soccer plus camps. I'm not kidding these camps are fantastic. I have now done the camp for two years and I am at the top of my game. These camps though are on the expensive side but worth every penny. The coach to student ratio is no more than 8 to 1. Its fun yet pushes you to your limits. At these camps they have many drills that you take home with you that I still do every other night. The only thing that stinks about it is that the camps are only in certain states and are only during the summer. Good luck!

A good goal keeper needs to have, quick hands and excellent reflexes. to work on that, just randomly kick a ball to a wall and try to catch it. the fact that you don't know how the ball is gonna come back at you is very important. that's what gets your reflexes better. or just play video games, it improves your reflexes too.

Then you have to be agile and jump high. to do that, your feet must be stronger. you can get then stronger by biking a whole lot. And do a bit of gymnastic (no kidding man, it'll really help).

Then you have to improve your stamina. you can do that by swimming a lot. If you do all that, you'll definitely become the ultimate goal keeper. Good Luck!!!
