I find it amazing that in the wake of all the talk about global warming that the big three and the asian and european car companies have found it impossible to build an affordable hybryd are electric car. Not to mention we don't even need to use fossil fuels any longer we have nuclear,solar and hydro that could supply the world with power.What it comes down to is that all governments in the world are willing to destroy the environment for the almighty oil dollar.Think you united nations

Thanking the U.N. is like signing your own economic death certificate. The United States is the solution, not the problem. We don't need the U.N. to solve our problems. The U.N. is fleecing America.

jd61 is telling you the truth. It is all about one world goverment. It is the path to what is talked about in the Bible, in the book of Revalation. All this talk about a cashless society, one world eletronic currency, green tax being paid to the united nations, it will probably be America's down fall. We simply have to many ignorant people in this country today.

This is the car of the future.  It runs on compressed air.  No pollution  and  safer than the the rest.  If all goes according to plan it should be up for sale in 2008.

Almost every large car producer has today some program to improve fuel performance of Cars, making cars more fuel efficient, using bio fuels, hybrid cars and more.

The drive behind this is the rising price of Fuel for cars, and not an attempt to save on CO2 emissions.

I'm quite certain that cars will become more and more fuel efficient, and maybe a source of non fossil fuel for cars will become a practical option.

it is funny, but in order to kill the universal desire for more oil, the price of oil should be kept high, and oil producers should become loaded with vast sums of petrodollars, or options for oil will not be developed.
