so here's the backround story. my husband and i are trying to have a baby. i have a younger cousin (whos more like a sister) that i asked to be the god-mother to our first child. of course she said yes, and is super excited about being a god-mother. but here's the thing. my husband and i aren't religious and probably won't have the baby baptized. i was looking for another name for god-mother. something cool, fun, a little different....hopefully you guys can help me out!! thanks!!!

  4. Im in the same dilema. Ill probally think of a cute nickname for her "christine" is the "god moms name" maybe TT or tinie or maybe auntie lol not sure yet ill keep looking for some good answers update your question if you find a good one and baby dust to you :)

  5. We didn't have our kids Christened or Baptised, because I support the children choosing later in life. I hated the religion I was born into, and changed as I grew.

Our Son's have Life Guardians, who are similar to God Parents, but come from a range of religious backgrounds. We had a Naming ceremony for them, and presented them with certificates, and a small gift.

  6. Nana maybe?
