im heading to basic in about a month but i cant run a mile without gettin really bad cramps. i dont have time to run or work out. I work full time n i have to take care of my dad when im at home.But im 6'0 and around 158lb. im lean and should be able to get fit in basic the first week.But im worried that its goin to hurt real real bad.. any help would be great.Thanx
