Going Green.?

Who thinks all this "going green" stuff is stupid? Who doesn't?

Why do you think that?

Well, because climate changes are caused primarily by the sun and tectonic plate movement, there is very little I or you can do to change the climate.

However, conservation is a practical, economical science.

I think "going green" is a great idea - It's no secret our

landfills are filling up and our natural resources are running

out.  There are subtle changes you can make in your every-

day life to reduce your use.  Not only are you saving the environment, you are saving $$$$  !!!

I don't think it is stupid at all.The people who think that it is are just ignorant because we all live on this planet and we need to make it a better place instead of destroying it.

Going green is very important, it is healthier, safer, and all around environmently better. Plus there is a good chance America will go green in the next ten years. I love being green and shaklee.net/try_green_life makes it easy

Agree with above.  Taking responsibility, weather global warming is real or not, will only benefit our future.  And who knows, might even save our planet?

It's not stupid it's a necessity!  If you want this world to be a beautiful place when you get older and your kids grow older then you need to start thinking about keeping it intact!

Just a little effort can make a big difference.

Its not if its stupid or not. the world is getting warmer because of our fault and we need to do something about it. on the other hand there are people that are just advertising GW to get free publicity and thats not right. But in the end i believe is important to "go green".

2 sides to it.

1) being clean is nothing but good.  we do waste so much.  it really does affect other animals and plants.

2) buying a brand new car or dishwasher is just another way people are trying to make money off of you.  Instead of spending more money to buy new things, just pick up a cup or bag someone threw on the sidewalk as you walk by and throw it away.  Just be more conscience about wasting.  Go plant a tree on earth day.  simple stuff.
