Going On A Fruit Fast?

Would it be good for my skin (and body) to go on a fruit fast for 4 days? Nothing but fruit and water 1200 calories worth just to detox my body?

Has anyone here done this? Anything good come out of it?

  2. My mom made a fruit fast for 1 week. She got really exhausted and felt really weak.

    However the benefits are rewarding. She lost a lot of weight, skin became slightly lighter and brighter and now she goes to the toilet everday. (Before she hardly goes to the toilet).

    Definitely it will detox your body.

  3. The best Fruit fast I did consisted of eating only apples around 8-12 per days peeled.. considering I had acne it got rid of it completely and I also lost around 2-3 kilos in belly fat. The author told me that it is also good for people that don't have acne as apples contain anti-oxidants that help cleanse the colognes in your intestines which is really beneficial for your colognes to clear up.. Try it you will feel great

  4. Would be so much better if you did a diet wich obviously contained alot of fruit, but was not fruit soley.

    Your missing out on foods you need by only eating fruit.
