I have tried being a vegetarian for the past 2-3 months, and I have decided it's not for me, lately I have been craving turkey and chicken really badly, and the vegetarian subsitutes aren't cutting it for me. I'm not planning on eating a lot of meat, but I want to eat it at most a couple times a week. At the present time I have begun eating fish again, maybe once or twice a week. I am scared to try chicken again, b/c I have heard that you will get sick going from vegetarianism back to eating meat. Is there any truth to this?
