  1. before you say anything, remember what you are like to them and how you act to them will affect how everyone thinks about you: mean, nice, bully, cool guy lol, chav, wannabe etc..

  2. your crazy

  3. Everything will fall into place when you get there. Routine will kick in and everything will start to feel normal. Don't worry.

  4. sensetive to light?are u goth?on grass?been too busy playing spin the bottle and u get the short end of the stick?low self esteem?

  5. start yelling like mad ull get over it

  6. Try going out more. Hand out with your friends and family a lot outside. Maybe that will help.

  7. I feel the same way sometimes...just like i'd rather be home than out shopping or out with a lot of noise.  I love my friends and all...but I just love being home soo much more.  I just try to get over it and when I wake up think positive like,"This is going to be a good day.  I know it."  Good luck!

  8. Start out going for a walk down your street to get used to the light, then next time walk onto the next street, next time go into a small shop, then bigger and bigger shops until you can go out into a busy shopping mall for a few hours. If you can target the light & noise problems like this and get them to only a small problem before school starts you will find it much easier to focus on being relaxed in social situations at school. If you're nervous, try 'deep breathing' where you breathe deeply but don't expand your ribcage - breathe with your stomach, pushing it in and out with each breath. It really does help. Remember that when you're tense, your shoulders and jaw muscles become tight. If you can conciously think about relaxing them your brain will say 'OH that warning of nervousness is gone... I must be fine!' and you'll feel better. Good luck.

  9. I have to make new friends as a freshman

  10. Relax it is all in your head.Think positive that is it.
