We really cant have the MotoGP going the same way as W.S.B.

MotoGP is the cutting edge. Prototype machines. " Anything goes" .

Please vote NO.

  1. Noted just now on the motogp website,

Bridgestone would prefer NOT to have a control tyre rule.

I like the idea of being able to stick it up a French company anyway.

  2. Morning Wiggysan,

Just done my civic duty - I always vote - and was surprised at how many people voted yes (36% when I voted No of course!)

Their wording made me think as they said it should be a prototype tyre with no regulations - which made me think they're saying don't restrict the amount of choices as they do now - go back to the anyting goes days of Michelin knocking up tyres on a Friday/Saturday for Sundays race. I wonder if that's what theyre implying?

  3. Just voted! :)

You know... The tyre rule would help lots of riders. Those tyres will make some of them more... equal. But you are right that it won't be so fun if it is only Brigestone (it's brigestone who will take over MotoGP right?). I still remember races in which Michelin made Brigestone guys look like idiots, and the same goes for Dunlop... With this said, I do hope the Dunlop guys stay...

I kind of understand why Pedrosa and Rossi wanted one and same tyres for all. I mean, all season they had problems just because of Michelin. But still, they should think for the fans too, don't they?

you can also vote here http://www.motogp.com/en/motogp/index.ht...

it is put in the end of the website but the NOs are getting more and more :)

  4. Done ....... and the yes vote is still at 36.6% . If people think this is going to even up the playing field they should stick to watching the R6 cup and leave the GP big boys alone.
