Going cancun last week in june for 2 weeks?

how long does the rain last in cancun through end of june beginning on july is it just a big downpoor then does it clear up?

also does the sun come out alot or is it always cloudy?

Alot like Florida really. Sunny and the puffy clouds build and build and then dump buckets of rain and then a beautiful sunset.

You forgot to mention hurricanes ,so keep an eye out and always buy trip insurance when comming during this time.

Mosquitos and humidity are the other factors to consider during the " rainy season ".

Sun is pretty much out with passing cloud unless a storm develops and you cn have a cloudy few days when that happens.

November thru April is sheer paradise - A passing cloud is a weather event . No mosquitos or humidity.
