Going for a job in shopping mall / outlet village ?

theres about 100 shops in this mall near me and i really want a job there, would it be best to -

ring the customer services part and ask there

The mall customer services have nothing to do with the hiring practices of the stores in the mall.  Each store has their own employees.  The stores are not owned by the mall.  They pay rent to the mall owners

You will need to apply to each store individually.

However, you may also apply directly to the mall as well.  They maintain staff in the mall offices, maintenance department and security as well as customer service.
