  1. autorickshaws and yellow top taxis are registered statewise and have the permit to move around inthat state only. we have a lots of auto rickshaws in Gurgaon also.,aare they allowed to enter Delhi , NO.But all this is going to changes soon, the concerned authorities are thinking on these lines, as u have suggested, and very soon, in future, all taxis and autorickshaw will be allowed to to any part of NCR ( including Gurgaon and Faridabad )

  2. Haryana is another State.

Take BOMBAY.   There are certain areas known as city limits and suburban areas.  Auto rickshaws are not allowed to ply from City to Suburban areas and vice versa although both areas are in BOMBAY (Mumbai)

  3. Autos exist in gurgaon but are very expensive and mostly people living in gurgaon have their own transport or transport facilities provided by the organisations where they work.

  4. Delta is correct! There are signs saying no rickshaws, auto etc..

  5. AR have permit to drive within state. They can enter in Haryana but paying tax. He can go Grg. if you bear the burden of tax. Govt. planning to allow AR etc. in NCR. Wait for meeting of CM of both states. I also visit Grg from 110015.

  6. three wheelers (auto rickshaws

pay only  state taxes so can not cross the other state
