Going from Intern to Employee in Advertising?

I am an intern at an ad agency in New York City. This place has a history of hiring interns based on what people working there have said. I am constantly busy and everyone seems very happy with the work I do. I'm one of 14 interns but I'm the only one that has his degree already. Are there any kind of hints I should look for that this place may hire me?

Just voice your interest in becoming an employee to your boss.

Say something like, "Wow, I'm so glad I've had my internship here, I'd be so lucky to be hired on."

or better yet,

"Can you put in a good word for me?"
