  1. G'day mate yes you will get in trouble the person has to have a permit 4 the gun who ever own's it.cheers mate

  2. This question is far too vague. I have a semi-auto rifle that wouldn't raise an eyebrow in my state but would get me thrown in prison for years in another. Check your local and state laws. That said, it would be best if it were unloaded.

  3. It varies by your location, some states will not allow any firearm during bow season, some will allow a handgun only.

I would check with the game wardens office. The would know that answer.

The whole purpose of Bow season (as per my local game warden) is to give bow hunters a time to hunt without the fear of being shot

  4. If it is otherwise legal to possess, it is normally fine if it is unloaded and in its case within your vehicle or in your camp.  If firearm hunting season is open, many states allow you to possess a handgun while bow hunting.  What state are you in?
