Going into grade 11, I want to be a hotel manager in the future. Course selection?

I am going into grade 11 in september 2008 and I have already chosen my courses. But when i chose them back in grade 10, I wanted to be an architect, and now I've changed my mind. I'm not changing my science course, Physics, and my Language course, French. I'm taking Photography, PE Enriched, and graphic design as my more relaxing courses. I'm taking all the mandatory courses English, Socials, Math, and 1 science course. I can have 8 courses in total.

Please give me some good advice on which courses I should take. I'm planning on taking accounting in grade 12 instead of gr 11. I also might drop graphic design for business ed. Is business ed really necessary? Can you also recommend some gr12 courses i should choose? I'm not dropping PE. It's either photo or graphic design.

i do think that buisness ed. is nesessary. no ones going to want to let someone be a hotel manager if they don't know anything about buisness. there's competition in everything, especially in hotels, and i think thats part of whtat buisness ed could help you out in, like the kind of choices you would want to make to keep your hotel the number one choice.
