Going into hospital for a op on knee. what do i pack for this?

also when i like leave i don't wanna look "rough"? so what do i wear.

Track or sweat pants.

Shorts or skirts, because you might not be able to wear things over your knee. I would think you can wear any tops. Pajamas/nightie. If your worried about looking rough, take make up. Things to do like magazines. Underwear deoderant and stuff. Toileteries. Hope it goes well!

It's summer, so go in there with shorts and a top. That's all you need besides some aspirin or Tylenol (whatever works for you,) because if you ask for one they charge you $3 for an aspirin. They give you a toothbrush, comb, take your favorite brush, shampoo.  I always take a real fork and knife because I hate the plastic S**t. Anything else, your friend, spouse, or mother can bring for you. You'll just want to sleep in that gown, cuz they'll have you hooked up to all kinds of stuff, and changing is a chore.  If you're only in there 2-3 days, if you miss a shower that's ok.  It's not worth the trouble, believe me!  If you like to read, take what you like.They'll have at least basic cable for you.
