Question:

Going into my first year?

I'm going into my first year in 6th form in September. I'm really quite worried. There will be much more pressure, homework wise, and it means that I've only got 2 years left before I have to go off to University. When I left in June I was SO excited about finally leaving school, now that I'm actually going back in the 6th form though, I'm scared. People who have been in 6th form or are going in, or know anything about it, what is it like? Do you have any tips/advice?

Thanks, Alex.

  1. If sixth form is anything like 6th grade, you will be FINE. The key is to pay attention in class and just do your homework. 6th grade is pretty easy but you do have alot of freedom so you MUST turn your work in or it will kill your grades. Everything else is pretty easy. Also, I encourage you to get involved in extra curricular activities like drama, track, bball, cheerleading, chorus, band, whatever you want. I think you will find school a lot easier if you have a bunch of friends supportiong you.:D

  2. Uhm can you explain what 6th form is.

I know its sort of like American high school but explain and i'll edit

  3. just go with it like you did in regular school. only a bit harder than that's fine, I guess. it's different than American schools arrangement so don't really expect a few people to understand unless they are from there because I don't really get it because I haven't looked at how its arranged but anyways just Study hard, Enjoy yourself, and create a good future for yourself is all I have to say to you.

I'm from the US and I'm stupid.
