Hey all

I love love love this recipe and now ive lost it. It was a finger food recipe that was like a thick spread you put on celery. It was made of peanut butter mixed with curry powder (i belive) and onion powder. IT was to die for and i need need need to find it. points to the first to find it. IT was from a company's coming recipe book

Here you go hon.

Peanut Butter Stuffing

4 oz. cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp. peanut butter

1/4 tsp. curry powder

1/4 tsp. onion powder

Mix together and stuff celery.  Makes 1/2 cup.
