  1. The cruise line does not any type of limit on luggage but the airlines will have.  You can check on line with the airlines that you are flying with and they will have the species list for luggage.  Not only how many but size, weight, and how many.  Also you have to be very careful with what you take on board.  You are allowed to take 2 totes and your purse is counted as one.  If you care your makeup or showering supplies on board with you, the bottles that you use have to be a certain size and plastic.  Again this information is on line on the airline web site.

    Hope this has been helpful.

  2. Airlines usually limit you to two checked bags no more than 50 lbs each, and two carry ons, not sure of the size. Anything more or over the weight limit and they will charge you. There is no restriction for the cruise.

  3. There is no limit on the amount of luggage you can take on-board the cruise ship.

There is a limit on the amount of luggage you can take on your flight, (usually between 50 and 60lbs per person) without having to pay a hefty supplement for excess weight.

It's a weight limit, you can check in as many pieces of luggage as you wish, as long as you don't exceed the weight limit.

  4. Don't worry about the cruise line limit, because the airline limit is much less.  For the cruise line the limit is 200 pounds per person ...

Q:   How much luggage may I bring onboard?

A:   Each guest is allowed to bring up to 200 pounds of personal property onboard the ship. Keep in mind that airlines may charge for excess or oversize luggage. Charges incurred for excess or oversize baggage are the sole responsibility of the passenger. Each airline has a different limit on the amount of luggage they allow. Please contact your respective airline to check their baggage allowance.

However, Continental's luggage limit is much less ...

  5. the cruise I don't think there is a limit.  the airline usually allows 2 pieces as luggage, no more than 50 lbs each, and you have a carry on, and a sidebag to walk with you on the plane.  it's best to check out the airline site for this information.
