  1. i was in barbados and did the island tour with a stop at the big cave system there.  it was fantastic.  sorry thats all i can help ya with

  2. Go to CruiseCritic.com, click on "Boards", then "Ports of Call".  Lots of great info on what excursions are good, which aren't, etc.

  3. Nice itinerary.

Antigua has 365 beaches, one for every one of the day in a year,  I would head over to Dickenson Bay for some great tanning and snorkeling. If that is not your thing, head up to Shirley Heights mountain, visit the ruins of a 18th century fort overlooking English Harbour.

St Kitts is filled with natural wonders. Visit the tropical rain forest, hike to the dormant volcano Mt. Liamuiga.

Barbados check out the rich collection of great houses or go to Harrison Cave, a mile-long limestone cave. You board a electric tram to observe the shimmering walls and stalactites. Plus an amazing 40 foot underground water.

Dominica visit the famous Trafalgar Fall or just go for a stroll along the Bay Front and plain old people watch.

St Lucia explore the busy city of Castries or take a excursion to one of the coral reefs around the island.

St Thomas is an excellent place to get the duty free shopping done. Or visit one of the local beaches Magen's Bay or Coki Beach. If you time, taking the ferry over to St John,it is one of my favorite places. Go to Trunk Bay or stop for a drink at the Beach Bar.

Enjoy your cruise and have fun)
