  1. try to go to a dinner and a movie. should be 3x.

  2. u should go to Pizza hut or tgif, or applebees.

  3. McDonald's.

  4. Then you better walk!

  5. Where are you? It makes a lot of difference if you are in Manhattan or Missoula.

    I could give you lots of help in Cincinnati.

    Offhand, I would suggest Chinese or Italian, if I were in a strange town. Local owners, reasonable rates, nice atmosphere. They are not going to rush you or push expensive desserts on you.

    I would stay away from mid-range franchise outfits.

  6. i think if its a date in 4 years... then yall should definately spend more than 40 bucks.

    or go on dates more often

  7. Applebees, Chillis, TGI Fridays, Red Robin..... who cares where you eat.  Get food, and just spend time together alone in a quiet place, go to a park or just cuddle in the car.

  8. Many phone books have sections where the menus of restaurants are advertised.  Call your Chamber of Commerce and ask the lady on the phone to tell you which restaurant in your city offers the budget you seek.

    Some restaurants offer specials during Happy Hour.

    You could go to your grocery store and order a complete menu for 2 from the Deli .  Take that with you and go on a romantic picnic with your husband.  Bring a nice thick blanket.

    Your luxury of your date is not about food but about you two being alone without your child.  Go walk in a park holding hands.  Your husband is your bestfriend.  Make him talk and listen.

  9. TGI Fridays...Apple Bees...Ruby Tuesday

  10. It's hard to tell as you don't say what State your're in, so I can only recommend chain restaurants like Black Angus Steak House, or Claim Jumper.  They're often good about letting ppl share, and you get a lot for the buck.

  11. Fridays, Outback, McDonalds...

    for $40, don't expect much other than a chain.

    Also- where are you? How will we know what resturaunts are around you?

  12. have a picnic, that is pretty cheap

  13. * Friday's

    * Red Lobster

    * Olive Garden

  14. Red Lobster? Killer Caesar Salads.

  15. umm 40 dollars each?  including tip... and what town are you in?

  16. what are you gonna talk about?? i bet it will be akward

  17. go to the cheesecake factory..  I know it seems like you can't feed 2 people there with that budget but you can definitely keep it under $50 if you do the following:

    share!!

    get 1 appetizer, 1 entree, 1 or 2 desserts and DRINK WATER!

  18. mc donalds

  19. would help to know which city- country?
