Going on a honeymoon to Amsterdam and we need advice and tips, been there?

Me and my fiance are going to amsterdam next summer for our honeymoon.

We need to find the perfect hotel nearest to the cities center as possible without spending an arm and a leg, we are big partiers and want to be as close to the "coffee shops" and night clubs as possible.

We also want to know the cheapest and easiest way to get around (rent a car or walk or bike)

Also, how much would you recommend to bring extra for food alcohol and other "special items" in amsterdam.

What are some of the best "coffee shops" and nightclubs in the city center area?

If ur a guy, stay of the prostitutes and if ur  a girl make sure your husband is not looking at the prostitutes... and always be with him because you might be sleeping and he just ran off and made out with  a prosti...
