Going on a trip to England and Scotland. How much should I take for 10 days?

I bought a tour package for a ten day trip which goes through most sites in england all the way through scotland.(honeymoon) We do get two meals a day and we are responsible for our lunch. Transportation will be provided as well. How much should i bring for food and for spending money..Im thinking 1500 dollars. Would this be enough since we are not that picky on food?

This seems enough, however I would think about bringing lots of spare cash and emergency money. Have a lovely time, hope this helps.
