Going on vacation. any place where i can take my turtles to be taken care of??

im going on vacation for about a month does any one know of any known places where i can take my two red eared sliders in the mean time so they can be taken care of??

IF you had a LARGER tank (40 gal) and a good filter...you could put 50 feeder goldfish in and he would be good for a month.....

well what state do u live in i had 2 i could take care of it or u could take it to the pet shop and pay them about 10-15 bucks 2 watch it

I would go with having a trusty friend come check on the turtles a couple of times per week. During each visit, I would ask my friend to feed and clean the turtles.

well,my sister is a pet sitter so if there is 1 in your area like my sis they can come to your house and take care of your turtle or take it with them.

ask a neighbor, friend, or relative to watch them and offer them a reward.

I don't know.................. my uncle's taking care of my tortoise when I'm going to Vegas in a week. Ask a vet or neigbor or something. Maybe an animal shelter or pet store even.

i have 5 cats very obedeint 1 dog also obedeint 2 snakes and fish i am a huge animal lover and well sit them for free of charge if your in my area ..

at your vets they should take care of them. thats wat i did with my dog we were gone for a month and they took care of her and got her more active.

you could also hire a pet sitter in your area.  it can't be that expensive to have them take care of the turtles.  open the Yellow Pages.
