I'm not going to get smashed or anything, but I'm just going out with friends and having a good time.

Anything about drinking, not getting sick precautions, etc would be interesting to me since I'm curious. (I think a friend mentioned the saying "beer before liquor and you'll just get sicker..."?)

  1. dont drink and drive

  2. the saying beer befor liquor just means if you mix your drinks you'll get drunk quicker. in the morning take it easy and just chill sit in your back garden even if its cold with a glass of water and clear your head. also have some food befor you go out carbohydrates are usualy good as they soak up alcohol eg bread pasta chips etc etc have fun

  3. always keep your drink infront of you and dont leave it unguarded when you go to the toilet etc. to make sure it doesnt get spiked.

if you dont wanna get sick, stick to beer, cider and maybe wine and dont drink pimms or spirits.

  4. Please don't drink and drive.

  5. -Make sure you eat a good meal before you start drinking

-Stay hydrated, I suggest drinking a glass of water after each alcoholic drink.

-Don't take all the shots and drinks people will probably be buying for you, it'll be WAY too much.

-Don't feel pressured to drink a certain amount or drink everything in sight just because it's your 21st, trust me you'll have much more fun if you listen to your body and don't drink way way way too much.

    -Liquor before beer!

-Don't mix light and dark liquors.

    -Have fun!!! and be safe..

    Happy 21st!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  6. # 1 rule drink lots of water.....and always watch your drinks....and please don't be the drink person that falls out and wets thier pants....other than that happy 21st

  7. Some bars will give you one free shot for your 21st b-day.

Have a sober driver!  My 21st was the best ever and I can't even remember half of the shots I was served.  Make sure to eat a good dinner.  Nothing too greasy!

When you get home take two aspirins and some water! I also suggest to drink lots of water the day before and the day of your birthday!

  8. Just don't do any shots, unless you can really handle alcohol. Ever chick I know that turned 21 in the past got smashed off of shots and ended up throwing up all night long. But hey, if that's how you want to remember your 21st then go right ahead.

  9. stick to one thing eat before drinking try to controll

    korkie

  10. Have a good meal beforehand, and periodically have a glass of water to keep hydrated.  Do not try 'power hour' it can be lethal if your blood alcohol gets to high.

Also make sure you have cab fare for a ride or a sober driver.

  11. Don't drink too much too fast! If you pace yourself and just sip your drinks you'll be fine, but don't do a lot of shots or chug drinks in a short period of time. Don't make your drinks too strong either, its better to have six weak drinks than two really strong ones. Make sure you've eaten that day.. not right before you start to drink, but atleast three or four hours before so the food can help absorb the alcohol. Also make sure you bring a clutch or wristlet to put your money and cell phone in because I've had my money fall out of my pockets a TON of times and I've gotten my phone and camera stolen from a cab driver because of this.  Oh and if youre wearing a strapless shirt.. definately wear a bra.. haha my friends shirt fell down once but LUCKILY she decided to wear a bra instead of not. Okay have fun!

  12. be careful no one slips anything into your drinks.  don't drink alot.

  13. just be cautious with your surroundings and be careful with the boys around you. yes i call them boys because these guys haven't mattured yet and still make us good guys look bad with their stupid pickup lines and other nasty c**p they do to get women who are beautiful to notice them
